(Do they really want to know?!) I hope they will act on constructive comments and this is because NRAS have been in touch with them following many people’s experiences of them on here. Sciensus has been working alright for me recently but it’s often not been the way. xx

Ha! Best of luck with that. I completed all 54 questions and then was unable to submit it. I emailed them about it because I was so cross, and apparently there was a glitch in the software, which apparently they have now fixed. So they invited me to complete it all over again. Fat chance, I have better things to do with my time, but would have liked to let them know how I felt about the service provided. Typical that their questionnaire didn’t work either. Haha.

Yes same here! Filled in the questionnaire and then couldn’t submit it. Absolutely typical of the useless Sciensus to pick a company with ropey software.

I had been brutally honest with them!

oh yes......no rating between 'average' and 'very good'.....if you take out the 'not applicable' answers...........survey format 'poor'

Just received the survey. I am waiting for my delivery today so will attempt to reply after it has arrived.No problems recently except with the app which seems to be pretty bad software but they are ironing out the problems slowly.

Received and replied. To be honest I have had no problems (touch wood) so I gave them a glowing report!
