Did they check things like Vit D and Vit B, they are both common causes. I use a sublingual Vit B complex as PPIs reduce absorption. My latest bloods now put me at top of the range, and energy levels much better. Unfortunately most Drs would say fatigue is the one symptom impossible to solve.
have a look at the NRAS website about Fatigue: nras.org.uk/product/fatigue... talk to the Rhuematologist - I have, over many years, found that the fatigue is worst when the inflammation is highest. But I can also get depressed (and not wanting to do stuff) about having a chronic condition and despondent about the future - recognising that usually helps me to sort out some activity or action to improve that.
Good news! How are your iron and Vitamin D levels? I was feeling very tired but blood was okay. Dr tested for these and I was very low. Now taking supplements and feel much better. Speak to your doc🌻
thank you all for your help yes all my D and iron etc were within the range colestrol a bit high5.9 but used to be 7.9 so not to bad really wait and see I suppose .
