Easy solution for hairfall

Hair fall is natural with age and especially cronic health conditions but very embarrassing and annoying when found everywhere on home even in food .Can anyone tell its solution

No, but I have the same problem atm. Fortunately I had very thick hair, so not too thin looking just now, but the condition of my hair has deteriorated, it's now dry and frizzy, it use to be in great condition 😪

Any suggestions welcomed too.

Ok as ex chef when making food I use my snood over my hair when cooking which does help a lot as many a comment from hubby a chef on how much hair in food and is much reduced with snood.I am biotin, marine collagen capsules and faith in nature natural shampoo condition and coconut oil for scalp. I am throwing everything at it for 3 months and seeing if any difference will update later. However 3 weeks of biotin and hair feels a bit less lank (have very thick hair -well used too)

Hubby does a roller over my back to check for multitude of hairs if we leave house helps a little but I just laugh as its everywhere!

Dont pull hair when combing or brushing be GENTLE!

I have started wearing full head covering cap but even than I wonder why always found in my hubby ,s food.Hope you get better results soon with the capsules &Coconut oil .

When I had radiotherapy etc I used nicotine shampoo and a cancer treatments hair loss shampoo from amazon which worked , there were a few to choose from but it did help and I used plantur hair shampoo also worked for me xx

Allanah thank you for sharing your experience I keep on checking and have tried some but cannot do regularly and stop when have flares or other bad symptoms and as result all it reversed

I was only commenting yesterday to my OH that my hair is everywhere! I’m sure it’s getting worse but it could be a bit of stress along with the methotrexate. I’m going to raise it at my next appointment (whenever that is) but they’ll probably just say it’s one of the side effects.

Yes but may be your doctor could suggest you some vitamins or some organic ,natural supplements to try it My problem is that I cannot take these as all causes other side effects .
