For last hour my feet swelled up to unbelievable levels I thought they were going to pop pain in joints increased considerably. Then the weather changed. The front of the house in darkness with lightening and massive hail stones . The back of the house much lighter and no hail. Very dramatic. Still very swollen but joints have eased quite a bit .. amazing

My feet and hands swell in the heat. Stick them in a washing up bowl of cold water, it's heaven.

Snap about the feet swelling that is. I was awake until 4.30 am this morning because my hands and feet were on fire and I didn’t know what to do with them. Eventually I went to bed only to be woken up an hour and a half later with pain stiffness and once again hot ‘on fire’ hands and feet. I’m hoping as we’ve had a thunderstorm off and on since 6am that I’m going to be able to go back to bed and get some rest before the 30* onslaught again later. Oh moaning about the weather and it’s effects ?? Not me lol.

Ouch hope yours go down soon. My feet swell noticeable every May to October but when it’s hot like this even more so. I can only wear one pair of very wide shoes at the mo and I’m hanging out of one at the back shuffling around. Very difficult isn’t it?! I’m going to try some Epsom Salts in a bowl of water to see if it takes some of the inflammation away, but think that has to be in warm water! Storms can affect my joints too. 🤨
