Hey! Hope u start feeling better!!

I had couple painful days last two days out of nowhere, reading your post made me think maybe it was because of weather changes! I took cocodomal to help yesterday first time in a while. I have hot water bottle tonight! Lol.

I have to say the rain is not bothering me, well not that I noticed but took some advice here and having a bath with Tesco Epsom salts and it appears to be helping me to manage

Me too! I think it's the humidity that may effect the joints. The warmth is lovely, but unfortunately, the humidity in the uk is high too.

I have noticed a big difference in the last two days. I have forgotten what the pain feels like when I am cold. So I put the central heating on last night!

I'm so sorry you're feeling grim. I started to flare nearly 2 weeks ago, when it was warm and dry so am blaming the disease rather than the weather. My heated throw has had a fair bit of use as have the wheat bags 'cos I'm too mean to put the heating on

It was in Aldi last year, sorry to say. They may get more in this year, though, when the weather gets really chilly I hope

Yes my heatings on again and am aching a bit all over especially the hands and legs as I always get bother with them but the compression gloves are a godsend xxx

Same joints as you vonnie this week, sympathy because it’s a bit limiting. Don’t think mine’s weather as off MTX so probably done too much as feeling chipper 😀 just fading now; hope yours improves soon too. I have saved on petrol as unable to drive ... every cloud ⛅️ x

I have certainly been experiencing flares pretty much everywhere, and feel as if I have a cold too ... still awaiting my medication which I should be collecting on Monday. I am relaxing as much as I can. Hope everyone is coping well.

Hi , I live in Canada and it is either raining or high humidity next week the humidity is going to be in the 40s not looking forward to it. The weather certainly effects the pain in my joints.

Hi Vonnie,

The weather has been causing lots of problems with my RA, the very warm weather and now the rain, lots of aching, mainly in fingers and toes but I think I have just got used to it, keeps me on my toes, never the same two days in a row!

Life would be so boring without it 🙂
