I went on a 5 1/2 bike ride today at around 11am thinking it would be cooler with my guy, omg it was so hot! I am trying to get out walking and biking while the weather is good. It takes my mind of things.
I think I might have over done the bike riding today, my thighs are in agony! Plenty of pain killers tonight.
I told my work friends about Bella today, as it's only now I can talk about it and not burst into tears.
My son has done a page on Facebook for sands and another charity donation page instead of people sending flowers and cards, he has just asked for a donation.
Thanks for letting listening 😊 X

Glad to hear you felt able to go out today and get a little space, although yes it was hot quite early on and still is as I type. Take each day as it comes, no expectations and go with any emotions which may come and don't question or stress if they don't right now or think you should be feeling this or that. Get plenty of rest, keep hydrated too in this heat and take care of yourself and the family. What a lovely thing to to in respect of your son doing a Facebook page and a page for charity donations. Take care and hope the pain killers help ease things after your bike ride. xx
Glad you were able to get out for a break. And that's a big step forward being able to talk to people about Bella. It will be a bit up and down for a while but you have your friends and family and us to help xxx well done on the fundraising and charity work x
That's a lovely way to remember Bella. You're doing so well - so good that you're able to talk about her. I'm impressed with the bike ride. My exercise bike is arriving on Monday and I'm not expecting to be able to do more than 10 minutes!
It's good that you are able to get out and do this as whilst you will never forget Bella, it helps to take your mind off of the grief for a little while. All the best. xx
