Humidity gone and I’m positively spritely . Although woke tired no pain or stiffness ( even my problematic Achilles) took a a walk in the rain (over a mile) and 30 mins on the rowing machine. What a difference to yesterday every joint hurt and had mobility problems and fatigue oh boy fatigue. Oh the mysteries of this disease.

I'm better today too - isn't it weird? Still got sore and swollen joints but nowhere near as bad - haven't taken any painkillers today. Yay!
Now that is good news. Long may it continue

This is so lovely to read. I do much better in cooler, cloudy weather too generally. I think the heat is back next week but I’ll make the most of these cooler days when I can. 😊 x
