What a difference a day makes......

Well my son got home safely sunday and he has got to romania safely to see his girlfriend. I had all his washing to do,sorry the machine did it. The machine has been on non-stop since he came home. Yesterday i had a psychio apptointment and that went well. I didn't feel as good as i did on sunday, but i still wasn't that bad.

Today i got up and god do i feel bad. Had an affair with the loo first thing this morning. I have been sick as well. Don't know where that has come from. Have felt not too clever all day. My throat feels like sandpaper and i still have oral thrush in my mouth, which doesn't help. I have been asleep while my two have been out at a parade at bramcote barracks. I intended to go but didn't feel well enough to go. I am fed up having one thing after another. I wish i could be like i was on sunday all the time.

Oh dear you need to get something for that oral thrush.. at least your son got home , is his girlfriend romanian?

Its a B**** isnt it when you feel so good then wham down you go again. I felt well till last mon then chest infection but started to feel better fri then woke at 4am with pain in left knee doent feel like RA but more like OA still cant walk properly had bath and now in pj's just want to feel well for more than a few days. Hope you get well again soon at least you were sensible in not going to the parade although you feel like you are missing out on life dont you.

Cris, i think i might have to go to the drs tomorrow as i don't feel well. My neck is sore and my glands are up. I really don't want more antibiotics because that means no mtx and i will never get ahead enough to feel well. If i sleep well that will be a bonus. Love sylvi.xxx

Well everyone, i have just got back from the drs as i felt so ill today. It seems i have oral thrush not just in my mouth but all down my throat as well. More medication to add to the lot i already have. These are by products of the drugs that i take for my ra/fibro. I am so down about this i am so fed up with it all at the moment. Sorry ladies....

Oh dear so sorry to hear this. Thrush is no joke, my mother used to suffer from it and its one of those misery making things. Can you gargle witih something for relief?

Sorry to hear your not feeling so good, have you got any 'live' yoghurt to swallow, a friend of mine suffers from this a lot and says this helps her by swishing around her mouth before swallowing. Take care xx

oh Sylvi that is just not fair, you were doing so well. You are so good getting to the doctors and getting a prescription immediately instead of letting it lie and getting worse. You poor thing, i am sure you are so fed up, you feel bad enough as it is. You don't have to stop the metx though so that is one good thing.

Hope you get a good nights sleep tonight and you get a better day tomorrow you deserve it.
