Injection of hope

Just had a call from HaH to arrange delivery of the first batch of Benepali on Monday, with my nurse visit to teach me how to inject. Really Impressed with the speed it will less than a month from Rheumatology appt to nurse. I hope this works I’ve had to request another steroid injection as I was struggling to work or sleep with the pain in my hands/wrists/elbows and particularly shoulders, it felt really debilitating especially in the morning. I have been taking ibuprofens and 60mg of codeine before I could get dressed 😳

Keeping things crossed I’m on the way to getting sorted 🤞🤞🤞🤞

I hope it works for you. I started abstractly last June and it worked within a month and have me better RA control than anything else I have tried in 14 years.

Self injecting is easy, hope you get to grips with it. Fingers crossed for you.....well metaphorically, my fingers are too jubbly and bent to cross now!!

Ask them why it takes 2 days to get a telephone call answered and then be referred to Biogen the manufactures. I'm not impressed with HaH yes quick to dish out but follow up poor.

It has been the best move for me. I’ve been on it just over two years. I was in a bad way when I started. Within 2 weeks I could feel a difference!

Good luck
