Well only worked 2 days in 14days now so back I go again tomorrow with nausea calmer since Friday and rest been had. So fingers crossed I can cope with a 4 day week this week but there is an option to be off Thurs as noted last week took MTX and I had 2 days of fatigue.
Plus the darn hands saga so baby steps week.

will be in about 4 weeks hopefully just reduced down to 17.5mg to try and calm nausea bit better.
I think you’ve had issues balancing work before and know now that you’ll have to listen to your body. Fingers crossed as you’ve had some time off recently they don’t expect you to do everything now you are back. Be a little selfish delegate if you can and don’t forget to rest. I hope you’ll get through a four day week unscathed but you’ll only do that if you look after yourself. Sending best wishes for a hassle free week if they exist.

Oh boy so 6 hour day went to 8hrs as cafe was rammed with Countryfile visitors and I could not leave as hubby working today and he had to stay. After 5.5hrs I nearly cried but got myself down to staff room and got a break.
Delegating was going really well untill all these damn visitors showed up!
