I have to write this as my dear dear friend Jenny has just text me to say she is paying us some money so hubby can go and get a private consultation. Mainly so it might reduce my stress re his health and in turn feel less pressure to work some days too.
She has been in my life for many years and is just one beautiful person!
I hope so many of you have a Jenny (it's not about money it's the thought process).
Good friends are hard to come by, hold onto her.

I had to pay in the first instance for a private consultation and don't know how I could have managed to wait 3 months for the NHS appointment, as I was in such an awful state mentally and physically.
I was lucky enough to be able to just about afford this.
The waiting times on the NHS are scandalous but thank goodness we have them.
As I've said in reply to another post true friends will hold out that umbrella and stand with you when it rains and weather a stormy day with you, while others run for shelter. She sounds like a gem.
I think friends you choose etc. Two of mine offerred to test for kidney compatability last week made me cry happy tears when they also said we think a lot will do the same.
Jenny is a treasure and how lovely to have such a wonderful friend.
Now only one more sleep for you and hope you sleep really well.
