I'm so touched that so many of you responded to my post. Thank you for caring ..... it helps enormously.

Just an update. I began to suspect a urine infection so have seen the OOHs doc this afternoon. Nothing showing in the sample but he said other symptoms are consistent with an infection. Also said that the symptoms can be vague as meds I'm on (for RA, Vasculitis and COPD) can mask infection.

Thought this might be helpful to others as we often wait to see whether things get better but he said a compromised immune system can plummet suddenly and become serious quickly.

Hopefully I will sleep tonight. Thank you all again xx
