I do my best..! By the way I was reading about the mushroom’s anti inflammatory properties Shalf and I’m going to get a lot more into my diet. Is there any particular one you find is the best?

Liz 😕🍄

Hi Liz,

I'm finding the mushrooms and berries are doing good. You can buy a mixed variety of powdered medicinal mushrooms on Amazon. It has a pleasant taste. Add to omelettes, stir-fry s and so on. I also sprinkle in tea or coffee.

In addition, you can buy fresh shiitake, maitake, reishi, cordyceps and lions Maine in the supermarket.

I think Sainsbury's in particular have got wind of this because very recently they are selling these types individually and mixed which is fantastic! I gently fried them in very light olive oil and had them with poached eggs for breakfast. Yum!!

The warmer weather makes it easier to eat healthy - Can't wait!

All the best.

Xxx

Thanks Shalf. All sounds good , I’ll give them a go. I’ve always liked them but just not eaten them very much.
