Off topic- breakfast

Hubby being American wanted pancakes USA style so decided to try a new recipe and they were light and fluffy and with blueberries just yummy.

Go on make some pancakes treat him if you can get into the kitchen. I was amazed as I felt crap when I first got out of bed but decided to push myself as I had promised hubby I would make them! Y

i did 4 each which was double the recipe and hubby looked at me as if to say what no more so it worked good that way!

Yummy, yummy Deeb. I love pancakes and as I've been able to get flour again, I am baking a lot.

Meant to say....try buttermilk instead of sweet milk for a different but in my opinion better taste.
