It is lsupposed to help re introduce joint fluid

Hyaluronic acid injections (tho' not acidic!). A bit like greasing the cogs in a machine...should help remove pain etc from osteoarthritis.

Sounds like a cutting-edge treatment. Is it private or NHS? If NHS, it sounds wonderful.

I would imagine so hun as it’s just keeping the joint oiled I would enquirer with your consultant all the best

I’m not sure hun but I’m having sedation or general as having both knees done

Hope I can follow this Deejojo, as I'm having so much pain and trouble with my knees. I was at the Nuffield Oxford yesterday and my Rheumy referring me to Ortho for more investigations.

Fed up with the pain, grinding, locking and them giving way. Rie x
