Does anyone know how long it takes them to answer their phones, I am meant to have a nurse coming on Monday to show how to administer Benepali, I need to know what time so I can let work know when I will be in. I have emailed them but no reply yet and have been phoning on and off all day, starting to get rather frustrated now.

They take forever! I had the same thing the other day but hung grimly on and eventually someone answered

I was """ on hold"" for over an hour yesterday--- and as they couldn't give me a delivery date for my Humira, I was asked to ring back on Monday!!! 😶

That's disgraceful! The longest I've had to wait is 25 mins. I'm sure its a money making exercise. Do they ring you to arrange a new delivery or do we have to ring them? I'm new to healthcare at home so not sure of the procedure.

They ring to arrange a delivery plus they send emails of the expected time slot.

Sometimes they ring me and give me dates for my next 2 deliveries-- I get mine after 6 o' clock, due to me working. Occasionally they seem to lose my prescription and I need to chase them 🙄

Thank you for the replies I did finally get through but still had to wait for the nurse to ring later with a time slot, now I just have to let my boss know that I will not be in till early afternoon. I also had tell them that I had still not received my welcome pack from them, so they will get that sent out . All such hard work when you are already suffering. Julie

I rang them on Thursday and they answered after about 5 minutes. It wasn't an entirely successful call. I'm going away at the beginning of September for 6 weeks, and really needed my next delivery to be for 12 weeks rather than 8. I couldn't get through to the person on the phone that his claim that 8 weeks would be ok isn't ok because it would arrive the week before I was due home and I would have miss taking injection. His second suggestion was that I had the delivery made to my holiday destination, even though I'd told him I was going to the south of France! To cap it all off, my prescription is due for renewal before my next delivery!
