The Guardian has an article on HaH. Looks like I wasn't the only one to contact them! Hooray!

Healthcare at Home in the news!
Shame they have only looked at deliveries! I am a new patient to them because I have changed my biologic has been changed......despite me being with them for over six months- no allocated nurse, no drug information and no welcome pack.....these were all listed on my first delivery as being given but are most definitely not here.....disgusting what some of these companies get away with
Telegraph and Independent are also running the story.
Pity NRAS didn't manage to get a mention, implications for RD not featured, a failed opportunity. I do hope NRAS will join the complaints.
Thanks for letting us know. I'm glad this has made the news as like a lot of people I'm fed up with the 'service' they provide. They are always late and although my specialist nurse has increased my deliveries to 2 months' supply they claimed that they never received her request. I know it is even worse for people who haven't received their deliveries at all. Hopefully the media pressure will force them to get their act together.
They've also been investigated recently, and found wanting:

Today they replaced their CEO:

I'm very pleased that their failings are in the media, as I was in agony when they failed to deliver my enbrel, and I've faced enormous problems with them. They haven't responded to numerous complaints, so I hope that this scandal provokes immediate improvements.
