It must be said that after having loads of problems with hah they seem to have sorted things out. My deliveries recently have been on correct days and one even came on bank holiday Monday. Hope everyone else is receiving a better service!

Early days for me - received my second batch of enbrel last week. Just the one glitch so far when the nurse failed to turn up to supervise my second injection, which was no big deal as I was able to inject myself just fine.

Glad they seem to have things sorted for you, long may it run...........................

maybe I am lucky , but they have always been very efficient with me..

Yes, they seem to have got their act together! I had the phone answered promptly and efficiently. An appointment for Humira to be delivered between 8am and 1pm. (instead of all day). It arrived at 8.45am.!

Hope they keep it up.

They have improved for me. The last two deliveries came on time:-)

I had major problems with them earlier this year the culmination of which was they had to courier a supply to Spain within 24 hours having failed to deliver before I left the UK which must have cost them a pretty penny. I do not know if it was the result of this expenditure that focused their minds but the last two deliveries have gone to plan EXCEPT they are being delivered by courier so it is not possible to check for a delivery slot the night before but as long as they actually arrive I can live with that. I hope everyone else is having a good experience.

I`m waiting for my first lot of enbrel to be delivered between one and 6. One of their nurses rang to say there had been several people let down, so I phoned for an estimated delivery time. Between one and four. Rang back after four, and they insisted it will come today. I doubt it will.

Fingers crossed for you. I had loads of problems in the past but things seem to have improved maybe I am speaking too soon!!

Have just stopped using HaH having to change meds again. They finally got the deliveries correct and answered the phone promptly.
