Hi advice please, I have been on benepali for six weeks, I'm suffering with chronic headache feeling sickly ear ache jaw ache , how long before its subsides thank her ou .

If you are still experiencing those symptoms currently then I think that it would be a good idea to contact your rheumatology team. Do you have a rheumatology helpline that you can call?

Hi i also have been on it for 6 weeks and no real difference as yet but in the 6 weeks i have put on weight around my tummy abd have a round moon like face.went into work tiday and the nurse said it was like cushings .and there could be a link.anyone heard of this.xx

I know that Prednisone can cause moon face but I assume there is very little data available on Biosimilars.

Hi guys!

Same here, I have AS, I'm female and 50yrs old.

I've had bad sinus headaches weekly, a 12 hour migraine, night sweats, increased hunger and fatigue since starting Benepali, and felt depressed which is most unlike me. I started it in Feb. I had no such issues using Enbrel for almost 4 years. I can't function as normal now or do the basics, and am trying to get a Rheumy apmt asap to see if I can go back on Enbrel. Can anyone tell me if I can get a Rheumy apmnt without wasting my GP's time going through him to get to them, it's ludicrous otherwise! Can't I cut out the middle man who is already snowed under with red tape and other unwell patients.
