Rosehip for RA opinions please

Hi all I hope everyone is as well as they can be.

I have just read an article in My Weekly by a GP recomending Rosehip tablets instead of painkillers for RA pain. I wondered if anyone had tried it and could give me their opinion please. Anything that helps with RA can't be bad, or can it. Thanks.

A friend told me about Rosehip a couple if years ago ...I tried it & sadly found no benefit.......but it could work & it's not too expensive so worth a try.!

I find that vitamin b helps, it also helps the frequent chest infections I have been prone to in the past.

I take rosehip for osteoarthritis and it helps me. It does nothing for the RA. Arthritis Research have looked at the research about it and list it for osteo. There have been other posts on here about it too that you might like to look at.
