You will need to gather your medical evidence and list your aids and adaptions help and advice to fill in the form and tell then how it affects your daily life are you moving from DLA to pip ?
Yes I've been dreading this thank for your help 🌟
Hello, I've been there recently and got high rate in both care and mobility, so my advice would be as I did and that was either ask for a welfare rights person and ask them to come to you, I did and he filled it all in for me, so maybe give them a ring and see, best of luck, we know what your going through with the stress and pains, more so is the waiting, I hope you get what you deserve.

They want to know what aides you use to get dressed as in a shoe horns and the help you need through out the day and night, Benefits and works, is a brilliant site for help.
Thank you Philip 🌟
If you search on here for PIP, I'm sure you will find lots of advice from people who have "done it before"!
I agree with Philip about the Benefits & Work site, I subscribed and was able to use the Guides they have created when I moved from DLA to PIP.
The more supporting documentation you can send will help (from your GP and Rheumatology Consultant) on how your RA affects you.
Good luck!
