well i got round with wife doing shopping yesterday in tesco but boy did i pay last night took ibrufen mad me worse woke up at 2 sweating like hell with something pain under kneecap sending signals to my ankle.

i could hardley walk this morning with pins and needles in me feet what the hell is going on again i go podiatry tomorrow

but i bloody well feel like going to a and e body is cream crackered i am not going walking or doing anything today might just go back  to bed parocetomol feels better than them bloody things  see ya later aching legs.
