We haven't been back long from the hospital. Well he has reduce my mtx by one tablet a week,i have to start taking tramadol with paracetamol instead of co-codamol. I have neuropathy as well. The ra is stable,my fibro and cfs are the ones causing all my trouble. He says i have to put up with the fatigue though. I have to make myself do some swimming and exercise . I have some nodules that are on my lungs and have been there for a while so nothing to worry about there. He was very impressed with my weight loss though as i showed him before and after photos. He also said it is still early since my surgery. Hugs to you all.xxxxx

I'm pleased at least one thing is controlled Sylvia, any positive news is a bonus! Maybe the more weight you lose the more inclined you'll be to exercise & go swimming & we have better weather to look forward to which can make all the difference. I know I really miss blue skies! It's managing the fatigue really isn't it? Concentrate on pacing perhaps? Hugs (x)

I know about you and pacing! Hugs.

But taking exercise is one of those things that accumulates isnt it - I mean that the more you do the more you feel like doing. And with the better weather (hopefully) we should all be encouraged to get out a bit more. But not too much digging!

I know. Its well worth doing too. Our snowdrops are coming up.

Sylvi, it's so hard to motivate to exercise etc when you are feeling so exhausted, well, that's how I feel anyway ! Like you I have been feeling completely wiped out and just keeping ticking over takes all my energies these days !! Makes me laugh when consultants say things like that, I'm sure they know it's impossible for many of us.

Thinking of you, Lynda xx

I quite agree with you on that score darling. I mean how are you supposed ton find the energy when your so exhausted. I am going enquire about swimming as that is the one activity i can enjoy.xx
