I slept very well last night. I went and laid down at five last night to rest and stayed there all night. I fell asleep at ten and slept until seven this morning. I feel brighter this morning even though my back is still bad. I went to the drs yesterday and he has agreed with me about a mri to see what is going on in my back before he does anything with me. My dr is wonderful as he listens to me when i say i think i know whats wrong with me. He did check my back out to make sure it wasn't muscular which he thought it wasn't.
I hope you all have a lovely day. Hugs to you all.xxxxx

I have been to Bedworth shopping with huby and have had to walk as scooter didn't work and i am now in bloody agony so rest for me the rest of the day.xxxxxx
A good nights sleep really makes such a difference doesn't it.
After 5 months of broken nights I've had almost a week of better quality sleep and pain is bearable. Waiting for the results of a back MRI and have Nerve conductive tests on Tuesday next week. Rang and asked for a cancellation, if available, and for both appointments got a much earlier date. The NHS does work and I can't fault my RA team in referrals and listening to me and my symptoms, all unique to as all, part of the joys of this condition.
Wishing you a lovely day too and as good a night tonight
Good to see you had a good nights sleep so did I, the best for 2 weeks so there must be something in the air, just back from aqua aerobics which I go to 2 a week and has made massive difference to my joints xxx
I am so glad to hear you had a good nights sleep and that you're back problem is being looked into - I am sure that's quite a relief to you.
I on the other hand should take some of my own advice.Yesterday I agreed to spend today at Bewdley Safari Park with hubby, and we were both looking forward to it. But then I spend most of the night watching election results.Boy have I been a bundle of fun today, now lay on settee checking emails and getting ready for bed- I have slept on way home from safari park but had a really great day out.Would strongly recommend it.
Lovely pic by the way- wish mine looked like that.
I walked round Bedworth this morning as my scooter broke down and my back really paid for it and i have been resting all afternoon. I am glad you had a good time at the safari park we have never been there i have seen it from the steam train when we have been i=on it.xxxx
Excellent value for money -£ 20 for the two of us .Disabled person pays £20 and carer (hubby) gets in free.Have to show blue badge to qualify.you also get a free return ticket to the park.
I wouldn't recommend going over bank hols or school hols as after reading the reviews it sounds horrendous, but we saw lots of animals today and the drive around the park was superb with lots of photos taken,If I was tekkie enough I would post one on here.
Took my scooter with me today as there are a few steep bits in the park and it would be hard going without a scooter, even with a wheelchair.
Hope all goes well with the back treatment and you will soon be planning more trips out.
Great when you have a decent sleep i did too a few nights ago was in bed around 10.00 pm and went right through till about 9.30 ! This hasn't happened to me for a long time as i always toss and turn due to restless legs so couldn't couldn't believe it ! What a difference a good nights sleep makes xx
