Well done had mine too today. Enhanced daily living. No mobility which I am going to appeal against.

Please debcarlcharles before you ask for reconsideration/appeal do gather as much written medical proof as possible. I also received enhanced rate for Daily Care & nothing for Mobility. My reconsideration request was upheld because I didn't have enough evidence of my walking problems... it was considered I could walk much further because I walked the 15 metres to the assessment room etc, you know the standard reasons. The shame was if only I'd been able to foresee my Rheumy examining my feet & referring me to Podietry a month later I could have asked for an extension & provided all the proof needed to back my claim & it might have been a different outcome. Don't tell me, you only got 4 points for Mobility?

Congratulations! Always good to hear that someone has been successful!

Hey, well done, I'm waiting for my pip decision now, I had my appointment on Tuesday, was really nervous and still am. Everyone says it'll be fine, I can't say for sure,

Yip it's great news when you get it , i got mine and blue badge which was a bonus because when I'm out for a walk I really need the car close by , but I think it is a disgrace that we have to justify ourselves to get the things that we all rely on

Fantastic news. Can you send fairy dust to us all.

I am appealing on my mobility reduced from enhanced to standard on deteriorating conditions !!

Is that because the threshold has dropped, determined? :(

And yes to the fairy dust!

I believe something like 95000 cars are to be withdrawn through 2015/16 .

Yes the change of thresholds makes it much harder .there's noiin between .

The assessor asked how I got there. Went to a place 5 mins from home but assessor put down managed to find centre so could find my way there (I had previously been there for 12 weeks of physio!)

I think ATOS get a quo ta to fail/reduce to look good to DWP.

Unable to use lower standard mobility - taxi to expensive/ can't walk too far nor access public transport hence tribunal.

Would like to hear from others but that would be a new post.

Hugs to all
