Having had a disaster with 5 failed deliveries in April, lots of phone calls and complaints, today I came home to a lovely delivery of flowers, an apologetic letter and ten pounds marks and spencer voucher.
I am due a delivery on Tuesday will wait and see if any lessons have been learnt.

That is good of them. It wouldn't have happened if they got their act together. You will have to post a photo of them for us all to see. I am pleased for you.xxx
How do you inject these flowers? Please let us know if gladioli or whatever are as effective as biologic drugs, could be a very cheap alternative.
(Flipping cheek they've got! But glad you've got some recompense - good luck on Tuesday.)
I really have no right responding as fortunately I have had no dealings with this company & really don't wish to be disparaging about your post 2plus2 as flowers are always appreciated but surely the money would have been better used on hiring people to sort this problem out once & for all. I dread to think how much money will be used in the same manner to "appease" people who have suffered through their failings.
I do hope you have no further problems with them, the flowers don't deserve to have their blooms cut off as I'd do if they let you down again next week!!
Sorry but just had to add my twopenn'orth. Rant over (not having a good couple of days)!
5 failed deliveries is terrible. What is going on? My last three deliveries have been several hours' late but at least they eventually arrived. I'd be interested to hear their explanation for missing deliveries on so many occasions. Fingers crossed for Tuesday. Take care.
That's absolutely astonishing. I'm still waiting for a response to numerous formal complaints. After all the news stories this week, and having appointed a new CEO, new complaints on NHS choices are going through the roof. This is clearly an effort to stave off potential lawsuits, as they know full well they've put patients at risk. Believe it or not, legal companies are already advertising for people who've had bad experiences with HaH. I'm seriously considering contacting them, as I was rendered painfully immobile by this organisation. Here's one example:
My post was a bit tongue in cheek. Flowers and vouchers, I'm still waiting for the voucher by the way. This will have not compensated me for the lack of deliveries and going a week with out medication. As for Tuesday, I had to contact them to get a delivery organised as I use my last injection on Saturday so believe me they are not out of the woods yet.
'still waiting for the voucher...' this just gets better, for someone with my warped sense of humour anyway. I guess we can laugh our socks off at the same time as getting rightly angry.
I'm fed up with HAH and I don't even use them yet. But the long wait for approval for Humira makes me wary of more delays ahead, plus I live in a rural area ... is that an added problem with HAH I wonder?
I'm surprised the flowers hadn't died by the time they delivered them!
That's nice, interflora are now making our HAH deliverys, on a serious note tho the gesture is nice but it would be better for them to get their act together.
I had 5 failed deliveries in a two week period, they kept changing the day without telling me so I wasn't in or didn't have any stock as they had noro virus in the dispensary or tried to deliver it to my work when it was shut for Easter even though I had told them not to deliver it there but to my home where I was sitting waiting, or could they deliver to a neighbour who would be prepared to stay in from 8-8 on Easter Saturday um NO! The list goes on and on!
