Thank you all for your posts. I decided today to dump Quick mist, Eating grapes, cups of tea, water. The craving will pass, after 7 months on Quick mist I was looking for more of it. Total addiction 🙏

Good luck you can do it - Quickmist is so very addictive, but get though the first week and you’re there! Good luck

One week almost without quick mist, was easier than I thought, using mints, grapes now! So delighted to be off it 🙌

brilliant! I’m 18 months since I quit Quickmist and all nicotine. So good to be free of addiction. Wishing you luck !

Brilliant, not using mints now, getting through the awful nicotine withdrawal sensation in mouth naturally. Know it will pass eventually. That Nicorette mist just masked and prolonged the cravings
