hi everyone

it has been a loooong while.

I decided not to post here having stopped, and failed, so many times!I wanted to share with you all once I reached a - albeit small - milestone. I felt embarrassed of my failures to be perfectly honest.

After a cycle of smoking, vaping, smoking and so on...I decided I had enough!!

I started to notice that with vaping I was starting to have a very scary 'short of breath' feeling.. then back to smoking (not in any way better!) I decided I didn't want to inhale anything but fresh air in my lungs anymore.

I'm using nicotine pouches (Nordic spirit mainly) and nic gum to help.. so far so good.

I have no cravings as nicotine replacements are taking care of that - though I keep thinking'I have nothing to look forward to'.. the usual stupid feeling I get as a cigarette junky 🤣

Hello! How are you now? I think everything worked out! Did you only use Nordic Spirit or did you find something even better? I'm currently using Ace Cool Mint Low from nicocharge.com, one of the lightest. 🙃It's great to breathe fresh air and have clean lungs, that's a fact. Without smoke, you breathe differently and there is no smell on your clothes and hair. I haven’t smoked for a year now and I’m incredibly happy.
