It gets easier. Learn you trigger points. Hang in there. Day 3 week 3 month 3 seem to be the hard bridges to cross. I got to day 24 and had a night out and wham on I'm on a relapse. But stopping again soon.It will get easier..
Hi. I'm 52 days smoke-free cold turkey and yes, sometimes I feel a strong sensation... a strong urge, but somehow I've managed to immerse myself in lots of different activities so that I wouldn't even have the slightest chance to think of smoking. Engaging yourself in many things might be a good way to overcome struggles. I believe we have a tendency to smoke or drink or do other activities of these sorts when we feel that time is not passing. When we're really bored. I play a lot of video games, these days. It's like killing an addiction with an addiction.
Well done, honestly it gets that little bit easier every day. You are doing so well. I tried to keep thinking that the cravings only last 30 seconds at a time.
