I quit the same day as you! Still haven't had a cough, I use to cough when I smoked though. Well done on your 11 weeks 👏
Same to CONGRATS TO YOU TOO i use to cough when smoking too...i read somewhere online it can take as long as 24 months before any coughing starts . i am hoping this is the coughing stage now as it did givee a headache while coughing.....by the read a thread about staying confined and doing limited things so not to teigger smoking so far i am doing everything i did as a smoker without the smoking lol like going outside with the smokers and not smoking after eating stay and keep wife company while she smokes the only thing i havent done and i am nervous about is doing long journeys on the motorway like i use to.
You sound like you are on the right path. I too have to hang around smokers. My son and partner smoke so i can't get away from it. I really doesn't bother me anymore. Gone through that trigger already. You sound fairly comfortable in your quit 😊👍
i think im quite comfortable now i have restarted to do light exercise like brisk walking and light jogging apart from yesterday i did a 2 mile non stop jog/run/walk aand i was so tired i fell asleep for about 13 hours lol and have plans to restart my bodybuilding regime again next month
