First week done

Was a tough one yesterday just tried to keep myself busy. But today is another day 😁 hoping for a better one today.

I'm trying to stay positive. Coughing loads and my chest is wheezing., anxiety and the sweats are still rampant. My body is working very hard to clear all the toxic stuff out, so I'm trying to rejoice in the fact, that if I feel this bad it's a good thing.
