I am new here

Hello everyone,

I am on the count down for my quit smoking journey and I have my NRT ready. Tomorrow is the day as it would give me a couple of days before going back to work. My partner is not ready to give up but my daughter is excited and proud of me. My partner will only be smoking at his work so I would not be tempted and supportive too.

Excellent choice and good luck! I’m only on day 5, so I don’t have much advice but have been using NRT and it seems to help take the edge off as we adjust to our new lifestyles. I found using a reward system very helpful this quit attempt. 5 more hours and I can afford the present to myself. Helps keep the motivation going!!! ✌️
