Are there any free products out there to help stop smoking?

Hi, I have just started my journey to stop smoking. Are there any free samples etc, I cannnot afford to pay alot for aids.

HiYou should be able to get free nicotine replacement products from any local stop smoking service in your area. If you are REALLY determined, read Allen Carr, easy way to stop smoking. I stopped completely using any nicotine replacement half way through reading the book!

Now nearly 6 months smoke free and feeling great for it. Thank goodness for being able to breathe again, house and I don't stink of fags anymore and stress levels are really down as no longer thinking about smoking. Good luck on your journey.
