Hello there, wanted to say hi and I hope everyone is doing ok. I'm on day 5 being smoke free and thought some additional support would be helpful as I've quit a few times but feel more determined now ๐Ÿ˜

I support you. I started today. My second attempt after 7 months. Itโ€™s not easy but we can do it and have to stay strong..

I am on day 2 and we can support each other. Itโ€™s very hard to do but look at all the people that have been successful. We can be to. Stay strong and it has to get better and how proud you can be for not smoking 5 days.

Good luck to you on your quit. Today is 17 months quit for me. I think one of the most important things in quitting is changing up your daily routine. It is hard in the beginning but gets easier with time. You have to avoid the triggers that tell you you need to smoke. For me it was anger or stress. What I did was go for a walk, sometimes three or four times a day. Also drink plenty of water. I used champix to quit. Stay strong
