Day 2

I made Day 1 without too much ado. I have cravings but not extreme. I’ve smoked for so long it just became a part of me. I need to train my brain again that cigarettes are bad. Because I’m 79 I sometimes I feel why not just give in and enjoy the rest of your life. The damage is already done. I really need to change my mindset on that one. Thanks for all your helpful suggestions and support.

Well done for stopping Roxie! There are so many benefits from stopping, no matter when you stop.
