Been vaping for a good few years now after smoking for a long time. I Vape more than I ever smoked. And I can say I feel it catching up on my chest. Chest feels heavy and groggy.
Anyone else experience the same and can anyone tell me their success stories on quitting vaping?
Thanks

Sorry I tried to reply to this the other day, but I have been struggling with my app. I don’t vape, but my husband does. He is going to reduce nicotine amount and how much he used it. There are also other net which doesn’t impact your chest which you can use. I am using patches. Good luck!
I quit vaping by stopping in stages. First of all I stopped doing it at work. Once I was comfortable with that I stopped vaping while going to and from work. After that I stopped doing it as soon as I returned home...etc....etc. In the end everything just joined up and I didn't miss it very much to be honest. I also gradually decreased the amount of nicotine in the e-liquid. The last barrier for me was stopping when I went to the pub - didn't think I would ever be able to do that.
It took a while but I've been off vaping for over four years now. I didn't have any chest problems with vaping but it used to give me heartburn.
