its day one and its been ok got a patch on which I had in the cupboard from one of my many previous attemps. I hope I can do it this time. Been smoking nearly 40 years and am very aware my body can longer cope with it but that addiction has beenso much stronger than my need to quit. Decided to try a new approach and join this group in hope of getting some support to finally beat this horrible addiction
