Hi, I'm new to this site, never really used anything like this just talked to myself and wrote a journal to see if it would help. It didn't, or I'm just doing it wrong. It's my life that I'm trying to save or should I say, to be here longer people don't understand why I still smoke, its like a antidepressant drug and it bloody helps, am I the only person who thinks like this

No you aren't the only person to think this way. I'm sure most of us x-smokers went through this at some time or other. Because after you quit you realize this was only a mind game and you don't need a cigarette to calm you. Mind you it takes a couple of months to get there. But so worth it for your health and pocket. Good luck

Thank you, i understand I've just bought myself a portable cd player, i had one when I was a kid now I'm 50 and I have another one. I've also got a cd stop smoking with hypnosis see if it works. I won't get a e-cigaret because to me it is just starting another addiction. Thanks for replying to my post it's so nice to hear from someone who knows what I'm going through.

It’s okay just keep at it, it’s a challenge but try not to use other means try cold turkey it’s better than putting more stuff in your system, best of luck
