I've stopped smoking as a new year's resolution, I don't use any nicotine replacements nor medications, only my willpower!.

I feel better regarding my physical and mental health.

I hope I can keep my resolution and quit forever.

Good work Arthurfleck, Just keep fighting the mind and you will get there. I also went cold turkey after 46 years of smoking. Don't hope to keep your quit just keep telling yourself you have quit!! Stay strong

Hi Roseyellow, I’m on day 52, looking for week 52!.

I feel much more healthier and happier. I start to cycle, and I’m planning for 30 miles per week.

How is yours?
