Hello Everyone,

Its been 5 days and i haven't smoked a CIG. Well its a wonderful feeling. All is going well so far and i am hopeful & certain that i won't get back into this bad habbit. The biggest motivation for me to quit smoking is my 5 years old daughter who requested me to quit this bad habbit and i couldn't refuse her :)

Feels great doesn't it, jus think of all that extra money you will have. I am on day 20 and saved £200, the thing that keeps me going is

'if I went to the cash point and took out £200 I wouldn't set light to it'?

Well done. I am on day 5 as well. I can suddenly smell things again.

Time to buy flowers I think.
