2 weeks

Today's been really tough, went patch free and boy I knew it! Confusion, anger, frustrated,that Nico monster was really kicking my bum but ive not caved..Have gum and an inhaler and I feel better now.work was tougher than usual but the first real test and I passed.ordered some more patches and I need to realise it's really easy days, think I underestimated my addiction. Anyway need to remember one day at a time.......just felt it today.
