Still smoke free

Managing the cravings well and to be really honest I think the real battle is with yourself.I was so tired of being an addict to cigs and it didn't sit comfortably with me, it's only been a week but I feel so much better.grumpy in the morning but once I get going I'm fine, just keeping busy and not dwelling on sucking on a poison stick for so called pleasure. As I type I really believe I'll never go back to it. Smelling horrible, bad breath, stained teeth, laboured breathing, don't miss any of it and why would anyone. My method is one day at a time and financially speaking I'm already 60 quid up.

Everybody's who's quitting keep going and we'll become what we've wanted to be for a longtime a non smoker!

Well done Quitters! Good for you for being so upbeat about it. It’s amazing how much money you save.

Keep it up! The nice things about being a non-smoker just keep getting better over time and the cravings get weaker every day.
