Am 6 months smoke free today. Despite the very odd fleeting craving I have made it this far. So anyone out there just starting their journey it is worth it & not that hard to achieve. Smoked for 50 years SO IT CAN BE DONE. I wish everyone a very Happy prosperous New Year.
