71 Days no smoking in Sorrento

I am very pleased to say that it is now 71 days since my LAST ciggie & I couldn’t be happier. I stopped the Champix last Friday (after 10 & half weeks) having been on a half a day just over a week before. I feel great, no cravings at all, so to anyone just starting this journey please stick with it - If I can get this far after 50 years of puffing my life away so can you. I was 70 in June & now hope I will be around a lot longer now to see my grandchildren grow up - youngest 5 months. Good luck everyone 🤗

That’s absolutely wonderful news and I feel very confident that you have successfully kicked the awful habit. Just be very careful as you are obviously on cloud nine at the moment as so you should be. I completed the course and was smoke free for almost 7 months and then stupidly had one and back you go, it has you again in its clutches. Don’t ever be complacent when it comes to nicotine addiction. Congratulations and well done you.
