Himalayan salt inhaler

Has anyone heard of the himalayan salt inhaler supposed to help you breathe better etc, would this help me quit, I can't get passed day 1....

I am a big fan of Himalayan Salts and have their lamps and diffuser which I find very beneficial in clearing the air especially in my bedroom. I never heard of the inhaler so looked it up - it appears to really help with breathing, sinus and asthma sufferers and can't imagine it would help you to actually stop smoking but definitely help with the recovery and repair when you stop.

No, today was meant to be my quit date, I gave in after 2 hrs 😭
