6 days smoke free and I just lit up, I caved in to the craving. I now feel awful and hate myself!

Me too . I’m in so much pain in stomach from smoking . Back on vape . It is sooooo hard but I know we can do it

I hate myself when I smoke and that has such s detrimental effect on my Mental health so got to do it

Sending you good luck and perseverance against this awful addiction xxxx
