Cold turkey .my 17 years old son asked me what it meant...well i could give him all sort of explanations.My response was " it is a good feeling son!" And he promised that he will never lit a cig.hopefully he won't.Stop smoking made me realise that i want to feel and be healthy nit only for me but for my sons .
