Just finished my 12 weeks program stop smoke for about six weeks Just wondering how long are these side affect stay with you. nausea Tried. Gas. ...?

12 week program ... did you use Champix or something else? Or did you quit cold turkey? Because when I read “nausea, tired, gas” ... I think Champix because those were my side effects from Champix. Mine were more insomnia and gas than nausea. And these symptoms disappeared almost instantly when I stopped taking it. Still going strong on my quit 2 months and 3 weeks later. Yes the symptoms definitely disappear. We’re all so unique. We may have other variables like diet, lifestyle that cause symptoms. Congrats being 6 weeks clean!!!

Welcome Smokerless , congratulations on 6 weeks smoke free, that is great (can you confirm your stop date for your accurate milestone badges when you get a chance?)

Is it champix you used and have stopped? I stopped cold turkey but like Quit4money advised likely to stop soon enough, would give it a couple of days, ensure to drink plenty of water in the meantime to clear out the system.
