I'm doing good just have. Alot of anxiety and hostilty lately want a cigarette but keep telling my self no stress has been a big factor here latley and I have to say it's been tough not picking up the smoke again, got involved with more work and the gym to try and help me with it all, latley my body has been hurting, now I need some advice please

Aww cigpeace .. first off, huge congrats for being quit for 5 months. Sorry you’ve got stress and anxiety. Sucks to feel hostility. I think many days I’m still there cuz I’m only two and a half months in. So I’m not sure I can give any advice but I wonder if there’s anything you can do to reduce stress? Work less instead of more or take a dance class instead of gym? It’s virtually impossible to feel hostile while dancing, trust me. Be gentle with yourself. Big hug
