Made it to lunchtime smoke free!! I’ve kept busy sorting the house before I go to work tonight. Walked the legs off the dog too. Now to have lunch. I always want one after food but I’m feeling positive.

Get something to take its place, something you enjoy even if it's food itself. Don't do mints, they can make you want a ciggy more. When I first stopped I ate tons of sweets/candy !! But I quit and have been nicotine/smoke free for nearly 8 years.

Congratulations !!! Kiragray . You will see how very soon you will not miss smoking .

Avoid caffeine and alcohol for at least 3 months and anything altering nervious sistem will make it more difficult for you .

All day caffeine free herbal tea it’s a good routine

Inhaling air similar to smoking works for some people it’s also a good therapy .

Distract your mind distract it and distracted again ,you have the power .

Kiragray the first 3 months give all you have to your health it’s only fear compared with all the years we abused our body .

Enjoy freedom .keep it up 👍🎉💪👏🌻

Welcome back Kiragray , sorry your previous attempt didn't work out but well done on never giving up on stopping 🚭

Learn from your last attempt and stay close to us. Drink loads and loads of water, eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and sugary foods as trigger cravings.

Wishing you continued strength and success in day 1 🚭

Being at work has helped as I don’t smoke at work anyway. When I get in from work this morning it will be tough as I always had a cig when I got in to de-stress. But I’m not giving in. X
